Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, all sales are considered final. We prioritize the safety and integrity of our inventory, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, user error, or improper handling/storage after delivery.
Your Satisfaction Guarantee:
While we cannot accept returns, we guarantee the quality of our peptides upon arrival. If your order is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective due to a company error, we will replace the item promptly or provide store credit.
Conditions for a Replacement:
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:
  1. You must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Your email to support@revitapep.us must include:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the problem.
    • Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item received.
Upon verification of the claim by our support team, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost or issue store credit of equal value.

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.
  • Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options which will be presented at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the selected service.
  • International Shipping:
    • We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
